How Businesses will be Selected
Applications will be assessed in part by
- Demonstration of new jobs to be created in Michigan
- Growth Potential
- Financial need
- Business Concept
Only new growth industries within Michigan and out of state companies wishing to conduct business in Michigan will be considered; existing businesses are not eligible.
Farbman Group will match selected businesses with appropriate spaces throughout Michigan in areas including but not limited to: Detroit, Southgate, Troy and Wayne. Each application will be individually reviewed and awarded by the Finance Committee of Farbman Group.
Exact terms will determined between Farbman Group and the awarded business venture based on the company’s business plan and submitted application information. Businesses who apply will be offered lease terms that make doing business in Michigan an unparalleled opportunity.
