Michigan Now! is accepting applications from businesses in growth industries to receive low cost office and industrial space, alleviating the financial burden of such expenses and allowing companies to focus their capital on succeeding in their core business.
Michigan has always been a state rich in innovative thinkers, dedicated workers and risk-takers. The power to make a positive impact on Michigan’s economy is in entrepreneurial hands. Michigan Now! seeks to harness these talents, and those of out-of-state established businesses in growth industries, by defraying the majority of rental costs normally incurred by a tenant. The program offers the kick-start that might just help the next big businesses get off the ground today.
How to Apply
Submit a completed application to be considered. Applications will be accepted through July 31, 2007. Print to apply or apply online. Applications will be assessed in part by
- Demonstration of new jobs created
- Growth potential
- Financial need
- Business concept
Only new growth industries within Michigan and out of state companies wishing to conduct business in Michigan will be considered; existing businesses are not eligible. Read more
